We’ve got four offices in Lake County, Florida. We have 130 agents. Probably 8 are under the age of 30. We are focused on increasing that percentage.

I have 4 offices and about 80 agents, and maybe 10 are under the age of 30. Prior to the recession, we probably had about 15 to 20 join us each year. In this environment we have about 10 a year.
